These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") regulate the relationship between you (the "Client") and CODE FRIDAY (the "Service Provider"). The use of any service provided by CODE FRIDAY implies the Client's full acceptance of and agreement with these Terms.

CODE FRIDAY reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. Any changes will be published on our website. Continued use of the service after such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

However, we will not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the service in the billing period during which the alleged issue occurred.

The Client must comply with and respect these general conditions. The Client undertakes to fulfill the following obligations:

  • To provide correct, current, and complete personal and billing information.
  • To ensure all materials, content, and information provided to CODE FRIDAY are accurate and legally owned or licensed by the Client.
  • To not use the service to create, store, or disseminate any content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, xenophobic, or violates the general principles of law and public order.
  • To maintain the confidentiality of their project communication channels.


The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data communicated to CODE FRIDAY.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

Services are provided on a recurring, bi-weekly subscription basis. Payment is due at the start of each bi-weekly period.
The service will be discontinued if payment is not fulfilled within 7 days of the billing date. This does not prevent the collection of the outstanding invoice. Due to the allocation of resources and the creative nature of our work, all payments are non-refundable.

The Client may cancel their subscription at any time. To do so, the Client must provide notice through the official project communication channel (Microsoft Teams or designated email) prior to the next billing date.
Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges will be made. The cancellation implies the eventual removal of project data from our active systems; CODE FRIDAY will not be responsible for the loss of data after the subscription ends.

Upgrades: The Client may upgrade their subscription plan at any time. The difference in cost for the current billing period will be charged on a prorated basis, and the new rate will apply to all subsequent billing periods.

Downgrades: The Client may request to downgrade their subscription plan. The downgrade will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be issued for downgrades that occur mid-cycle

CODE FRIDAY maintains internal backups of active project files for operational purposes. However, the Client is solely responsible for securing and maintaining backups of all final deliverables provided to them. CODE FRIDAY will not be held responsible for any loss of data or deliverables once they have been handed over to the Client and the subscription period has ended.

By using our service, you agree that CODE FRIDAY is not responsible for any guarantees of profit or specific business outcomes resulting from our work. We are a service provider and are not liable for the performance of the products we help build once they are deployed in a live environment. Reselling of our direct services, resources, or time is not permitted.
CODE FRIDAY reserves the right to cancel any account without prior notice if the Client is found to be in breach of these Terms.
By using our service, you agree that CODE FRIDAY is not responsible for any guarantees of profit or specific business outcomes resulting from our work. We are a service provider and are not liable for the performance of the products we help build once they are deployed in a live environment.   • Administrative & Billing Services: Responses will be provided Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.


By activating your subscription with CODE FRIDAY, you are accepting all of the mentioned terms and acknowledge that they have been presented to you.
CODE FRIDAY guarantees a professional and timely response to all inquiries.

  • Technical & Project Inquiries (via Microsoft Teams): Guaranteed response within 24 business hours.
  • Administrative & Billing Services: Responses will be provided Monday to Friday, during standard business hours.
